Ep 11: How to Live Until You’re 144 Years Old: Reaching Your Genetic Potential with Dr. Elaine Chin

I confidently and proudly attest that my next guest on The Richard Robbins Show saved my life.  If you weren’t aware, I am a cancer survivor. I dealt with prostate cancer 11 years ago and I attribute my successful recovery to my next guest, Dr. Elaine Chin.

A PhD and MBA graduate, Elaine has dedicated her life to helping others live to their full genetic capabilities. Her company, Executive Health Centre, is a recognized industry leader in precision medicine that aims to detect, prevent, treat and reverse a patient’s affliction.

Born in Hong Kong, Elaine moved to Canada with her mother and father at just 5 years old. Inspired by her uncle’s cancer diagnosis, Elaine began her journey to becoming a physician and devoting her life to helping others. However, working in a traditional hospital was not what she expected. “It was in and out band-aide care…I was feeling  like I was taking devil money,” says Elaine. “This is not what I was taught in medical school.” It was the deficiencies and turnstyle methods of conventional medical care that inspired Elaine to create the Executive Health Centre.

Elaine is completely serious when she says, “There is a cost when we don’t invest in teaching people in staying healthy.” Her career has been focused on arming her clients with the knowledge, strategies and tools they need to live a long and healthy life. In this episode of The Richard Robbins Show, I sit down with a personal friend to discuss genetic testing, the importance of self care and strategies to living a healthy life. I hope Dr. Elaine Chin will be able to help extend your life the way she did mine. Enjoy.
