Ep #5: The Human Advantage: How Exceptional Client Care and Service Trumps Technology with Ralph Ciancio

Technology has changed every industry on the planet, most for the better, however real estate professionals may argue otherwise. My next guest on The Richard Robbins Show is a 13-year veteran in a highly competitive North Toronto market, a family man, team leader, and someone I consider to be on the forefront of outstanding customer service. His viewpoint on competing against technology in the real estate industry, “Real estate is as much, if not more, about the relationship, than it is about the process.”

Ralph Ciancio, Team Leader of The Helping You Move Team, believes that no amount of technology will ever beat exceptional client care and service. His business approach is unapologetically human; using honesty, transparency, and professional judgement to wow his clients and provide a service no piece of tech ever could.

Ralph’s idea of customer service goes far beyond the standard. “I wanted to help limitlessly. I get driven by that. Without logic, without limitations at all,” Ralph says, adding that, “We have a no contract, contract policy. Contracts in general work as a safety net for the service provider, not the service receiver.” It’s this type of altruistic perspective that makes Ralph and his team so successful. His credence is one that reaches beyond real estate and could should be adopted by any sales professional. This interview is filled with ideas, insight, and inspiration – I hope you enjoy!
