The foundational success of any business relies on repeat and referral. Effectively utilizing your database to generate a steady revenue stream is necessary to longevity and prosperity. My next guest on The Richard Robbins Show has subscribed to this teaching which has helped her create a thriving 35-year business inside one of the most competitive markets in Canada.

Carol Lome, a Toronto-based real estate professional, knows just how difficult it is to raise both a growing family and run a prospering business. When Carol started, she was juggling 4 children under the age of 3 and a half, but created a business that has thrived in one of the most competitive markets throughout Canada for over 3 decades now.

Understanding the importance of constant, valuable communication, Carol shares her farming techniques that reach 15,000 people on a bi-weekly basis. She also shares her ‘ABC’ system that helps turn leads into appointments and appointments into active clients.

Full disclosure, Carol has been a member of the RRI Coaching community for 15 years, and she credits much of her continued success to her coaching. Carol tells me that, “Once Dana got me to systemize everything, it took the stress out of my life. I’m actually at a point where I know in November what I’m going to generate for the next year.”

It’s these systems and checklists that has turned Carol into a million dollar producer and in this episode, she shares exactly the tactics and tools she uses that are responsible for her success. Learn how consistency, handwritten letters and a few phone calls a day can transform your productivity and bottom line.
