My next guest on The Richard Robbins Show is responsible for agent training and development for one of the largest Royal LePage brokerages in Canada. Her efforts have rescued and restored agent’s businesses, reignited their passions and reinforced that their skill, effort and compassion makes a difference to their clients.
Sam Hewit, Director of Realtor Development at Royal LePage Signature, has developed into one of the industry’s finest trainers. Sam paid her dues, moving from office receptionist, to agent assistant, to selling real estate for 8 years, and consequently understands the real estate business from all avenues.
Sam is quick to point out that, “Real estate isn’t a difficult business to understand, it’s just hard to execute consistently.” With her finger on the pulse of the industry, her agent training is timely, effective and, most importantly, versatile. “The definition of success is different for everybody. Whatever your definition of success is, there’s a place for you in this business.”
In this interview Sam reveals what differentiates the top agents at her brokerage from the rest, why gratitude is a skill that you need to practice, and why time blocking can help transform your business overnight.
