Lindsay Olver is a longtime member of the RRI family from Coaching Member and Certified RRI Leader/Trainer to RRI Business Coach. A trailblazer in Central Alberta’s real estate industry transforming Coldwell Banker OnTrack Realty into a collaborative and innovative brokerage renowned for its collaborative culture of knowledge-sharing and success.
Lindsay is also a graduate of the University of Alberta with a Commerce degree specializing in East Asian Studies, Lindsay’s academic journey included studying Mandarin and immersing herself in Chinese culture. This global perspective laid the foundation for her dynamic career in real estate.

Lindsay’s true passion lies in empowering others. As a dedicated coach and mentor, she takes immense pride in helping agents unlock their potential and thrive in their careers. Beyond her brokerage, she has made significant contributions to the real estate community, including serving as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Central Alberta Real Estate Association. An active member of the Political Advocacy Committee (PAC), Lindsay is committed to shaping the future of the industry with thoughtful leadership and advocacy.
